Old Fart, New Page

Hey,

i thought its time for me to move out of the 90ies. Therefore i had a look around for some neat CMS to drive my page. Im not 16 anymore and want to hack together my own page (i know, i know im lame). After some 10^−3 seconds looking around i found WordPress. Which is kind of nice. And because life taught me a couple of times in the past, that in this day and age you have to have a blog to be heard, i though i go for it. So here it is. I still feel kind of stupid writing something to /dev/internet, which returns, as you know, very often EOF and nothing more. Lets see how this works out. The old page is still reachable. Don’t know how long i keep that around. In the light of the recent German court cases about copyright of images on $random homepages i shrunk my image collection to stuff that i own or where i (think i) know that the owner wont sue me. I moved them to flickr. Which is painfully slow and the digikam integration sucks hairy balls. Not enough to use the f-spot mono shit, although i must admit that i have tried it. But hey i want to move out of the 90ies right? Thats it for now (i bet you a hundred bucks that this is the last post for a long time ;).
